My house is almost 100 years old. Can you duplicate one of the original windows?
Absolutely. Versatile specializes in exact reproduction of vintage windows, doors, and sash.
Do you do installation?
Versatile Sash is not a licensed contractor, so we cannot offer installation services. However, we have many highly qualified customers who are licensed contractors, and we would be glad to share their names with you.
I have a double-hung sash with dry rot in the bottom rail. Can you repair it?
As a general rule, it is not economical to repair a damaged sash.
What is your lead time?
Lead times are generally shorter in the winter and early spring. Lead times also tend to be different for different types of product. Please call us for product-specific lead times at 503-238-6403.
Do you require a deposit?
For projects under $1000.00, we ask for full payment in advance. For projects of $1000.00 or more, we require a 50% deposit. Licensed contractors on open account receive our open account terms.
Can I get contractor pricing?
We operate in a very competitive marketplace, and every project, large or small, is priced as aggressively as we can. If you are a licensed contractor, we definitely want your ongoing business. Please talk to us about opening an account and assigning the best salesperson for your needs.
How will I know when my window/door/skylight is ready?
Our receiving department will telephone you the day it arrives.
Where do I pick up my window/door/skylight?
Our warehouse is located a few blocks from our showroom, at 1420 SE Water Avenue (see map), under the Hawthorne Bridge viaducts, and a few blocks north of OMSI. The warehouse hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Do you deliver?
Jobsite delivery is available for a nominal fee in the Portland area. Outside Portland a mileage rate applies. Please ask your salesperson for specific details.
